Privacy & Text Messaging Policy — last updated August 31, 2026
Talking Each Day is a companion texting service for older adults. Enrolled customers receive friendly, conversational text messages — a daily check-in and someone to chat with. Messages are sent only to people who are enrolled and have consented to receive them.
We only text people who have opted in. Consent is collected in writing during enrollment — through our enrollment form or a signed enrollment agreement. When a family member enrolls a loved one, they confirm the recipient has given their permission, and we verify during setup before any messages are sent. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
We collect only what the service needs: name, mobile phone number, time zone, and the content of conversations with our service, which we retain to provide continuity of companionship and for the safety of our customers.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell personal information. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except as required to deliver messages (our messaging provider) or as required by law.
