Talking Each Day

The service

Talking Each Day, a service of Hunt Ventures, Inc. (Venice, Florida), provides companionship by text message: a digital companion with a consistent, friendly personality that checks in daily and converses with enrolled customers. The companion is powered by conversational AI and overseen by our staff.

What the service is not

Not a medical, mental-health, or emergency service. Companions do not give medical, legal, or financial advice. In an emergency, call 911. If you or a loved one are in crisis, call or text 988.
Not a monitoring or alert service. While we care about our customers, the service does not guarantee detection of, or response to, health events or emergencies.
Not a real person — and honest about it. Companions are digital characters; they will say so when asked.

Enrollment, consent & cancellation

Messaging requires the recipient’s own consent (see our Privacy & Text Messaging Policy). Reply STOP to any message to stop all texting immediately — regardless of subscription status. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

Billing & refunds

Monthly plan — $40/month. Cancel anytime; service continues to the end of the paid month, and no further charges are made.
Annual plan — $360/year (equivalent to $30 a month). If service ends early for any reason, we refund every unused full month, pro-rata, no questions asked.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.

Acceptable use

The service is for personal, non-commercial companionship. We may decline or end service where it is misused, where consent is in doubt, or where continuing would not be in the recipient’s interest.

Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hunt Ventures, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
